The same is not true in the US, though for the fortunate 70% with insurance (soon to be much higher thanks to Obamacare), they face the same awkward health insurance-driven moral hazard.<\/p>\n<p>I wonder whether there&#8217;s a business case for getting broccoli on the PBS?<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>You do the math.
