Andrew Solomon’s latest book, Far From the Tree: Parents, Children, and the Search for Identity, has won 13 national awards. It tells the stories of families affected by disability and difference who yet find profound meaning, inspiration, and identity through their differences. Andrew argues that diversity is what unites us.
