I don’t really align with the message that dieting is futile, but I did like the section on mindful eating:

  • Learning to understand your body’s signals
  • Permission to eat as much as you want
  • Figure out what makes your body feel good
  • Regular meals without distractions
  • Focus on how your body feels when you start and stop eating
  • Let your hunger decide when you’re done

If diets worked, we’d all be thin already.
