I don’t really align with the message that dieting is futile, but I did like the section on mindful eating:
- Learning to understand your body’s signals
- Permission to eat as much as you want
- Figure out what makes your body feel good
- Regular meals without distractions
- Focus on how your body feels when you start and stop eating
- Let your hunger decide when you’re done
If diets worked, we’d all be thin already.
